Dr. Urmila is the Founder and Director of Wellnest. She has over 9+ years of clinical experience in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation & Fitness. She has successfully transformed the quality of life of numerous individuals with tailored and effective Physiotherapy, Fitness, Diet & Nutrition programs enhancing mobility and healthy lifestyle. Dr. Urmila has completed Post Graduation in Physiotherapy (Sports) and Fellowship in Orthopedic Rehabilitation. She is also registered with “The Indian Association of Physiotherapists”.
